EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR & FOUNDER
A serial entrepreneur and certified John Maxwell Coach, Krystal built Purposeful Parents from her personal experience as a single mother. She is passionate about giving every parent the knowledge, tools, and support they deserve without shame and without judgment.
Dr. Nadia Sias
DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Dr. Nadia provides financial leadership and strategic oversight to ensure the organization operates with integrity and sustainability, so the mission never stops serving the families that need it most.
Je'Nae Kelley
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Je'Nae leads program delivery and community partnerships, bringing structure, consistency, and heart to every initiative Purposeful Parents runs. Her dedication to the families we serve shows in everything she does.
